Can I exchange/refund my purchases?

If you wish to cancel or exchange your order, please write to us within fourteen (14) days after the day you receive your goods. You will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of S$25 per order returned. Refunds does not include any shipping charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the order. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We are terribly sorry for the mistake! Please contact us at contact@prostash.com and we’ll get it sorted out quickly!

Gift Cards and MyStash points are non–returnable /exchangeable items.

What happens if I receive a damaged / defective product?

Please inspect your products for any damage or defects upon shipment arrival. Should there be a product damage / defect, please contact us immediately at contact@prostash.net.

Please provide the order number along with clear photos and your phone number for a quicker reply. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged / defective product for inspection. Upon acknowledgement and confirmation from our end, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged / defective product to us at your expense, and any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
