Designed by a Japanese chef, this all stainless kitchenware enables you to scale fish so easily and fast without messing up your kitchen. The cup shape with a sharp and jagged edge on both side help to remove  scales by allowing the scale to slide up the slope of the cup while other fish scalers scratch them off cause the fish scales to fly around. Made in Japan
