ORDERING & PAYMENT

We are pleased to accept all major credit and debit cards. Stripe is our preferred merchant, payment processor, and gateway.

For Singapore orders,  PayNow is an additional payment method you can use.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and in processing. You can also view order status on your Account page. The ‘Order Received’ email does not confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once your order is fulfilled and on it’s way to you, we will send a second email, ‘Order Completed’.

Products on our website are not available to purchase for commercial and/or resale purposes. If you’d like to discuss commercial arrangements, please email contact@prostash.net directly.

If you cancel your order in writing within fourteen (14) days after the day you receive your goods, you will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of S$25 per order returned. Refunds does not include any shipping charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the order. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will have to pay the costs of sending the parcel back to us.

If you would like to modify your order, please email us at contact@prostash.net and we’ll do our best to accede to your request.

If the website lets you purchase an item we believe it to be in stock for shipping (usually next working day). Stock levels are almost live – in the event an item ordered is sold out we will contact you if dispatch will be delayed more than 3 days.

You can only use one coupon/promo code per order.

Coupon/promo codes can be input at both the Cart page or the Checkout page section.
